After Purchasing
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DRESS TO ARRIVE?
General delivery for bridal, bridesmaids, prom and mothers dresses is about 4 months. Some bridal gowns can take up to 6 months. We are able to provide rush delivery on certain styles of dresses but not our entire stock.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY DRESS?
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY DRESS HAS ARRIVED?
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY ACCESSORIES?
We always recommend that accessories are chosen and purchased at the time of the dress purchase so that you get the complete look that you envision for your wedding day. However, if you choose to wait to purchase accessories please be aware that they can take up to 4 months to order as well.

Alterations
HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I START MY ALTERATIONS?
Alterations should be started no later than 10 weeks before your event.
WHEN CAN I GET MY ALTERATIONS DONE?
Seamstresses work in store Monday to Friday. They start at 3pm until close, you can call us at the store to make an appointment.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY ALTERATIONS?
Please bring everything that you plan on wearing with your dress for your event. This includes bra, shape wear and the shoes. Heel height is extremely important if we are hemming your dress, we don’t want to guess, we want to make sure it’s perfect!
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO MY ALTERATIONS APPOINTMENT?
Please bring no more than 1 person to your fitting appointment with the seamstress. A large entourage makes it difficult for you and the seamstress to really focus on getting that perfect fit. Everyone will get to see your dress on your big day.
HOW LONG IS MY APPOINTMENT? HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS WILL I HAVE?
Alterations appointments are 15-30 minutes in length. Bridal gown alterations take between 3-5 fittings on average. Bridesmaids, mothers and prom will average between 2-4. If you live far away or if getting back to see the seamstress this many times may be a problem for you, then you may want to consider choosing someone closer to your home to do your alterations for you.
