General delivery for bridal, bridesmaids, prom and mothers dresses is about 4 months. Some bridal gowns can take up to 6 months. We are able to provide rush delivery on certain styles of dresses but not our entire stock.
After Purchasing a Dress
I've Bought My Dress, Now What?
The balance of your dress is due within 15 days of it’s arrival into our store or when you first come to try it on, whichever happens first.
We will store your dress for up to one year for a fee of $100, dependent on space.
We will give you a call with the happy news! Please make sure if you move or change phone numbers that you provide us with an update so that we can reach you.
We always recommend that accessories are chosen and purchased at the time of the dress purchase so that you get the complete look that you envision for your wedding day. However, if you choose to wait to purchase accessories please be aware that they can take up to 4 months to order as well.
