Our response to COVID-19.

We are taking precautions in store to make sure that we are able to continue supporting our wonderful brides to be at this time. As I am sure you ladies already know, we are back open and operating within our regular hours. We are so happy to be able to continue sharing this special experience with you and help in the journey of saying YES to your dream dress!

Listed below are a few things you need to know before coming to your appointment at EBTG:

  • We are now operating STRICTLY by appointment only.
  • Please limit your guests to a maximum of two, other may join via FaceTime or Zoom.
  • We have a sanitising station at the front of the store, please feel free to use it when you arrive.
  • Our consultants will be equipped with a mask and gloves.
  • All appointments will be staggered to limit the number of guests in our store at the one time.
  • Our staff will be sanitising frequently touched surfaces throughout the day.
  • You will have use of a private bridal lounge for 90 minutes during your appointment. We always ran our appointments this way offering a unique one to one service, however during these times it has came in super handy!
  • If you can, then try and do some pre shopping on our website to give our consultants an idea of what you are looking for.
